The Terrace – kitchen remodel

CHALLENGES

Condo remodel in The Terrace East, Siesta Key. The original plan had a galley kitchen that was completely closed off to the gulf view. The new plan incorporated opening up the kitchen to the view while preserving the traditional look of the cabinetry. The residence was a part-time vacation home that needed to provide the clients with the necessary appliances for short visits and functionality of quick meal prep. Ceiling heights were limited thus the client opted for a starter strip to the ceiling in lieu of a typical traditional crown.
