Home is where the heart is—and there’s nothing better than gathering a group of friends and family together, whether it’s an anniversary or other milestone celebration or just a Tuesday night. A home bar is a secret weapon that allows you to toast anything, anytime—but it doesn’t have to be fancy. Take a look at these four client projects for design inspiration, then call us when you’re ready to get started on your next project!
This new build in Sarasota’s Southgate neighborhood features modern-yet-warm custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, beautiful gold hardware, professional-grade appliances, a wet bar, high-end bathrooms (also with custom cabinetry), and a laundry room with cabinetry that echoes that of the kitchen and bathrooms. The layout makes it perfect for entertaining, and we love how the warm wood gives the kitchen a cozy cabin vibe while still remaining cool and current. We love that you can fix a drink at the bar and then step outside to enjoy the Sarasota sunshine.
Recently relocated from Arizona, this extended family arrived seeking a year-around, casual lifestyle for living, dining, and entertaining. This extensive and transformative remodel allows for those elements to flow effortlessly together. A clean-lined, transitional space for food preparation and entertaining—like that wet bar space—is beautifully complemented by objets d’art throughout the open-concept space, turning the newly remodeled residence into, in the owner’s words, “our forever home.”
Our Blackburn Bay project with Trade Mark Interiors was recently featured in Home & Design Magazine. The home was partially built when Tracee Murphy, Trade Mark’s CEO and Principal Designer, stepped into helm the interiors, and we were delighted when she tapped us to do all of the home’s custom cabinetry, including this beautiful bar.
This Siesta Key condo was torn down to the studs and renovated in a stylish midcentury style. The custom oak cabinetry and brass hardware that pair perfectly with the condo’s neutral finishes, which include shiny terrazzo floors and serene ocean views. Slatted wood detailing throughout the home, including on the cabinetry, ties everything together, and those cabinets—in addition to being beautiful to look at—provide ample storage and space for beloved books and collectibles. Check out how well the bar is integrated into the design, too!
