PPG Paints Announces Its 2024 Color of the Year: ‘Limitless’

PPG Paints has announced its 2024 Color of the Year: Limitless (PPG1091-3). The honey-beige color, a member of the yellow family, is is a warm, buttery hue that’s deeply versatile.

“Think of Limitless as a fresh and energizing take on a neutral. Limitless can be your main room color or act as an invigorating pop against warm or cool tones,” Ashley McCollum, PPG color expert’s for its Glidden brand, said in a press release. “You can even apply Limitless to exterior doors and even all-over exterior and trim to add curb appeal.”

Because Limitless pairs well with warm and cool tones, PPG’s color experts recommend using it, well, everywhere. As an interior color, it works on walls, accent walls, trim, and cabinets. Limitless can also be used to paint ceilings, abstract or geometric shapes, and interior doors to achieve a look that’s both unique and on-trend. “You can even apply Limitless to exterior doors and even all-over exterior and trim to add curb appeal,” McCollum said.

“Warm neutrals are here to stay, replacing cool tones like gray for both DIY and pro segments in 2024 and beyond,” McCollum continued. “This modern neutral is as adaptable as its name implies. What can we say? Warm neutrals just hit different.”
