St. Armands – bathroom remodel

CHALLENGES

Located on Pansy Lagoon just off Saint Armands Circle, this 1992 home was due for a remodel. The homeowner wanted to put her stamp on the finishes in this home starting with the master bathroom. The original design provided for very little storage and no display area so we decided to, while preserving the original marble-floor footprint, update the general look, provide separate areas for his and her bath’s and increase the overall functional storage. We opted for a traditional applied molding cabinet door with a white paint and grey glaze and topped it off with a pure marble, oyster shell and recycled glass combination countertop from Vetrazzo. Completed in 2013, this master bath still stands the test of time and look of elegance that the owner desired.
