The new owners of this home requested a kitchen that was “clean, fresh, modern, open and livable for our family and friends.”

This newly remodeled waterfront home transformed a classic early 2000s Mediterranean-style home into a clean-lined, contemporary residence tailored for the new owners’ needs. The original architect and builder for this home was tasked to make this modern vision a reality, and the interior landscape for the spacious new interior space reflects it, with cabinetry that complements the open concept. The kitchen, with its oversized island, serves as a focal point for
entertainment and meal planning and prep. The linear design integrates the refrigerator, freezer, wine storage, beverage center, ice maker, microwave, dishwashers, and hood ventilation seamlessly into the cabinetry façades, and the finishes tastefully blend gloss neutral polymers with vertical book-matched textures. Mission: accomplished!
